PMP: Project Management Professional – Highly sought after and industry recognized certification for project managers
CAPM: Certified Associate in Project Management – Pre-requisite of 1500 hours of project experience
CSM: Certified Scrum Master – Agile Framework (Handle Scrum Teams)
CompTIA Project+ certification – Entry-level certification appropriate for individuals with 1 year of project management experience handling less complex projects
PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner – Globally recognized and highly sought after
APM: Associate in Project Management – Entry-level certification in the field of Project Management Framework

What is Prince2?
PRINCE2 is a structured project management approach and it’s offered as Foundation and Practitioner courses. PRINCE2 recommends breaking or dividing projects into manageable and controllable stages.
Prince2 Training
PRINCE2 training is provided by various training providers as Foundation, Practitioner and Agile courses.
PRINCE2 Certification Pathway
It consists of 2 levels – Foundation & Practitioner.
The Foundation level introduces the principles, themes and processes. It shows you how to deliver projects on time & within budget, manage risk and reduce/handle potential problems accordingly.
The Practitioner level shows you how to apply & design and use PRINCE2 appropriately to address the needs and problems of a specific project environment.
PRINCE2 Foundation
The PRINCE2 Foundation certification is to measure whether the participants understand the principals involved and be able to:
Explain the purpose and information about roles, the 7 principles, themes and processes
Explain the management products about their purpose and related information
Explain the management products that are used as input to these processes and as well those that are output from the seven processes
Explain the relationships between roles, deliverables, processes & the management areas of a project.
PRINCE2 Practitioner
The Practitioner level shows you how to apply & design and use PRINCE2 appropriately to address the needs and problems of a specific project environment.
Practitioner level evaluates candidates if they are being able to:
Explain all principles, themes and processes and related examples of all PRINCE2 products (as applied in a given project scenario)
Prove they understand and can apply the relationships between principles, themes and processes
Show they understand the why’s behind the principles, themes and processes of PRINCE2
Exhibit their ability to tailor PRINCE2 to different project circumstances.
Prince2 Training & Exams
Logitrain offers a wide range of Project management courses including Prince2 (Agile, Foundation, Practitioner & Foundation+Practitioner). Foundation Level is the first step & it’s a prerequisite to Prince2 Practitioner Certification. The Prince2 certifications are globally recognized & valued.
They provide both full time and part time training which gives the flexibility to choose a suitable training schedule. The Prince2 training package also includes the exam fees (1 attempt) and they give up to 3 months from the training date to give the exams.
