This unit describes the skills required to work collaboratively in virtual Information and Communications (ICT) team environments to achieve organisational objectives. It includes contributing to performance and capability within teams, participating in team activities, exchanging knowledge and skills and providing support to team members.
It applies to individuals who work in teams that utilise multiple technologies to complete a collective task.
Duration: 12 months
Training: 20 hours over 3 weeks / Online
Assessment submission: Due after 12 months of training completion
Holiday breaks: N/A
Age
- Be at least 18 years of age and have completed the equivalent of Year 12.
Pre-Training Review
- Participate in a pre-training review interview to determine suitability for the course and student needs. This will also include an LLN assessment and computer skills assessment. Students must achieve ACSF Level 4 for each domain for their LLN assessment.
English Language
Completion of bachelor degree.
